Wildly Connected workshop
We recently conducted our annual ‘’Wildly Connected’’ workshop to support people in reflecting on their years, while getting clear on their vision and goals for 2026. The masterclass went really well, and although we have just crept into January, there is still time to partake in our journaling and visualization exercises from the class as you can catch the recording HERE.
Vegan Hospitality
Our founder Hayley, as many of you will know is the Co-founder of an NGO called Vegan Hospitality. She has been in an intense incubator, which we shared a little about in our last spotlight newsletter. We are proud to share that she managed to come second in the pitch competition on her second trip to Germany, securing some much needed funding! Although her organization still needs funding to ensure they can achieve all of their goals for 2026, she is excited to hit the ground running in 2026.
Intern update
This quarter we onboarded a new intern. Dullchanne is excited for a future career within lodges, and there is no better way to get started than to understand them from a behind the scenes perspective. While she is with us for the next 3 months she will get exposure to various different aspects of what we do to support the lodge industry so that she can follow a career path of what she is passionate about.
All of our interns get career coaching support, including a Cv and LinkedIn review to help them get hired once they finish their internships with us.
Kayla is about to start looking for a role within lodges, she would be perfect for a front of house/administration role so if you are currently looking for a hardworking team member, get in touch with us!

We are already planning our next Career Kickstarter Workshop for our non-profit partners, with this in the works for Q1 of 2026. As part of our Donation of the Quarter initiative, we chose to support Hopelands and the important work they do to support individuals and families in need. Their approach aligns strongly with our belief that sustainability includes caring for people and communities, not just the environment.
