Our Founder, Hayley is a certified career & life coach having completed a total of 6 different coaching certifications, she offers career & business coaching to individuals, specializing in helping people get clarity on values-aligned careers.

Hayley has 25 years of hospitality experience, 23 of these working in a senior role with HR & staff training as her core skills. She founded Wild Dreams 8 years ago, which quickly became one of the most successful recruitment & consulting companies in the industry. While most of her clients are hospitality professionals she has coaching clients from various industries including lawyers & pilots!

She also offers career workshops, employee coaching & has experience speaking at events with over 600 people.

Hayleys coaching style is a holistic approach taking into account multiple aspects of an individual’s life with their career/business being just one pillar of this. 

By providing guidance and resources to inform career choices, she supports clients in understanding their options and making well-informed decisions that can impact every aspect of their lives.

Option 1 EXPRESS GENERAL CAREER COACHING

1:1 1-hour general Career Coaching session via zoom. These sessions are tailored to your specific question. As it’s only an hour it’s advisable to have 1 main question & if there is time at the end additional questions may be asked.

Option 2 EXPRESS INTERVIEW PREP

1:1 1 hour Interview preparation Coaching session via zoom, these sessions are tailored include role play questions and tips, including STAR interview technique. Includes our signature interview guide e-book.

Who is this for? If you are currently looking for a new job & want to prepare for interviews, or if you have been having interviews but have been getting negative feedback.

Option 3 ”MINI” HOLISTIC CAREER CLARITY COACHING 

Three sessions 1:1. Each for 1 hour each, via zoom. These sessions are for the purpose of you starting to take the steps on getting clear on your career. This package of coaching includes homework or as we call it ”inner work” on your values, visualization, personality type & ideal job ”checklist”. Note: This is the ”mini” version of the career clarity coaching, see option 4 & 5 for a more in-depth package which includes additional steps & a personalized roadmap towards your dream career.

Who is this for? If you are trying to make a decision related to your career, it may be about a new job, career move, or big decision that may impact your life such as moving to a new area. This is for you if you need some clarity & direction. The fact it is a ”mini” version of option 4 isn’t related to this being a ”quick fix” but is better suited to someone who may already have some ideas but needs support. It is also a lower investment rate at 3 weeks instead of 6 so may be better suited to someone with this budget.

 

Option 4 HOLISTIC CAREER CLARITY COACHING 

6 sessions 1:1. all for 1 hour each, each via zoom. These sessions are for the purpose of you getting really clear on your career. This includes a detailed discovery call, followed by a step-by-step plan for each session, each building on the last. Including guided meditation, values exercise, limiting beliefs, your hobbies/passions, personality type, defining your purpose, & your personal brand. The last sessions include a personalized roadmap towards your dream career including a Cv & LinkedIn review.

Who is this for? If you are feeling lost, un-motivated, or confused in your career. If you want a complete holistic approach to delve deep into understanding who you are, what’s important to you (& why) & you want crystal clear clarity on your path with actionable steps that you can take to help you get there.

 

Option 5 ALIGNING DREAMS WITH CAREER CLARITY

Option 6 EXPRESS BUSINESS COACHING

Initial 1:1 1 hour session via zoom. These sessions are tailored to your specific questions. After the session you will be advised on suggested next steps which may include future sessions as/if required with set topics. Note: This is the ”express” version of business coaching, see option 7 for a more in-depth package.

Who is this for? If you are just starting out in business & have an idea, you want to talk through to get guidance & support. Or if you have an existing business & are having a specific challenge you need help with.

 

Option 7 BUSINESS COACHING

Initial 1:1 1 hour session via zoom including a post review of your business plan (can be swapped out for a review of something more relevant for you) These sessions are tailored to your specific questions. After the session you will be advised on suggested actions steps, and these will be reviewed in the next sessions and additional questions answered and or/ideas reviewed.

Who is this for? If you are just starting out in business & have an idea, you want to talk through to get guidance & longer-term support. Or if you have an existing business & are having a specific challenge you need help. As this is a package of 3 calls this is suited to you if you know you would like further support which may be getting feedback on your ideas, plans, or direction & need some action steps around your plans.

 

Option 8 PRIVATE MESSAGE COACHING

Message Coaching – Ideal for busy people who want ”in your back pocket support” & would prefer not to have a formal structure of set calls – this is offered via a free app called Voxer. Message coaching entails constant support on your questions with options of 1-week (5 days) or 1-month (20 days) Messages are replied to daily between 9am-5pm.

Who is this for? If you are busy & would prefer quick support & advice to questions via messages. If you want to have someone available to listen & get feedback from on a regular basis. This may be during a set time in your life such as while you go through your job search, while you transition your career, while you relocate for a job, or while you are setting up your business.

 

Option 9 WORKSHOPS/PRESENTATIONS

Career coaching workshops for training facilities & schools (any age) These presentations/workshops are tailored to the age group and industry.

Option 10 EMPLOYEE COACHING

Personalized coaching for your employees is a great way to empower and support them. Typically, this is offered to senior level heads of departments to help guide them in their role, overcome challenges and to help them in their career path and personal growth.
