Our Founder, Hayley is a certified career & life coach having completed a total of 6 different coaching certifications, she offers career & business coaching to individuals, specializing in helping people get clarity on values-aligned careers.
Hayley has 25 years of hospitality experience, 23 of these working in a senior role with HR & staff training as her core skills. She founded Wild Dreams 8 years ago, which quickly became one of the most successful recruitment & consulting companies in the industry. While most of her clients are hospitality professionals she has coaching clients from various industries including lawyers & pilots!
She also offers career workshops, employee coaching & has experience speaking at events with over 600 people.
Hayleys coaching style is a holistic approach taking into account multiple aspects of an individual’s life with their career/business being just one pillar of this.
By providing guidance and resources to inform career choices, she supports clients in understanding their options and making well-informed decisions that can impact every aspect of their lives.
