THE HERD
Our herd has over 220 years of hospitality industry experience! We are experts within our field to offer a professional experience.
Just like Elephants we work together, and our values are based on a collaborative effort from our herd as we believe aligning your career with your personal values is the key to success.
OUR VALUES
COMPASSION – FREEDOM – BALANCE – HONESTY – PURPOSE
Our purpose is to help others, At Wild Dreams, giving back is part of who we are. As a vegan-owned company, we believe business can be a force for good, and social responsibility sits at the heart of every decision we make, from our company culture to who we choose to support. That commitment is backed by action: we have a dedicated sustainability manager whose role is to make sure our impact on people, animals, and the planet stays front and centre, and not just something we talk about, but something we actively manage and improve. We show up for our community, too. Through partnerships with non-profits like the Timbavati Foundation and the Thornybush Community, we run work-ready workshops that help create real opportunities locally. And we support the wider vegan movement by offering free recruitment services to vegan non-profits and sanctuaries. We also financially donate to various organizations, which is a team decision. This year alone we have donated to Tears Foundation, HAART, Hopelands, HALO & Greater Kruger Ally Cat to support a variety of causes ranging from helping abandoned children, to animal rescue organisations.
We also believe how we work matters as much as who we help. Our entire herd works remotely, giving everyone the freedom and balance to do their best work. And we hold ourselves to the same standards of honesty and care with our people as we do with the causes we support guaranteeing honest, constructive feedback to every candidate and client, and taking time to share advice wherever we can.
For us, recruitment isn’t just a service. It’s a form of activism, justice, and purpose, with sustainability guiding it every step of the way.
