We are fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of clients in Africa and beyond which means we always have multiple different types of vacancies.
All of the positions you see on this page are active vacancies, but we have new jobs coming in on a daily basis.
To apply for vacancies, you click on the APPLY button.
This takes you to a form which you complete & upload relevant documents which would be:
- Cv which should include a photo of you (head and shoulders)
- Ideally a minimum of 2 x recent written reference letters
- Copies of related certificates
- If you are applying for a chef role, we would also require a food portfolio which should be presented as a document & not multiple separate images.

It’s rare to meet someone like Lara Wessels, someone whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care can make such a real difference in your life. From the very first moment I connected with her through Wild Dreams Hospitality, I felt understood and supported in a way that truly stood out.
Lara took the time to get to know not only my skills and experience but also my hopes and long-term goals. Her guidance throughout the process of securing my position at Lions Valley Lodge was exceptional. She offered encouragement when I needed it, shared honest and thoughtful advice, and always responded with patience and warmth. I never once felt like just another candidate. She approached my journey with heart and integrity, and that personal touch meant more than she knows.
Because of Lara, I’m now part of something special at Lions Valley Lodge. I wake up every day feeling excited and grateful for where I am and what I do. She didn’t just help me find a job, she helped me step into a new chapter with confidence and purpose.
Lara, thank you. Your passion for helping others grow in this industry is inspiring, and I’m so grateful that our paths crossed.

I am from Klerksdorp, North West province. I am a chef by profession and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have found myself in a lot of predicaments as I was retrenched from my job. I found a few jobs here and there but my life completely changed after coming across an ad on Facebook by Wild Dreams Recruitment. I got to talk with Rachel and I sent my CV to her. She wasted no time in assisting me with getting a job at a lodge called Shumbalala where I got to resume my culinary journey.
Wild Dreams Recruitment is the best as it has changed my life!”

She is really a dynamic person who does her job sincerely. Before I had a chat with her, I was struggling to find the right opportunity, Mel understood my skills and requirements and patiently found a perfect matching job to my skill set.
Not only this, but she also made sure that the whole employment process went smoothly and was available at every step even after the offer was finalized. I am happy that I came across her during my job search and landed an industry-based job through her.
Many thanks to Wild Dreams Hospitality.

I got helped by a very helpful agents, Amore & Britt, who were patient and got to every mail sent to them.
Wild dreams hospitality is a recruitment agency that walks the talk! The agent gives you a lot of autonomy, they are very mission driven and helpful in finding the right role for you. This is the first time I’m working in a lodge based setting, in the bush, and I’m loving every moment.
I must say I am where I am because of them🤭❤️

Within hours after placing an advert on Facebush looking for a new guiding position, Hayley had contacted me and said that she had the “perfect placement” for me.
She arranged a stay-over interview for me and gave me all the details I needed for this to take place smoothly and without stress.
I have been a guide at the Camp for four months, and absolutely love it. It is the perfect fit!
