Starting in administration and logistics in office environments, she soon realized she needed to follow in her parent’s footsteps in hospitality. With an energetic and extroverted personality and passion for people, finding herself thriving as a Lodge Manager was natural. She has 8 + years of Safari Lodge experience, all of which is in management. Living in a remote environment, the ability to plan, organize and think on your feet is of the utmost necessity. On top of her exceptional hospitality and organizational skills, she also has a passion for food and has all the makings of being an excellent host.
Aside from her “on-the-ground” capabilities, she is very strong in administration, planning, and logistics. Having all of these skills open her up to an array of positions such as reservations, administration, operations, logistics, and of course on-site/staff management.
He started his cheffing career in 2009, leveling up to Head Chef positions in luxury 5-star environments. He’s worked in all departments in different cuisines, hungry to learn more. He could be described as methodical, patient, and approachable. With the ability to thrive under the pressures of the kitchen, he is able to communicate exceptionally on different levels.
The two are currently based in the Western Cape where they wish to remain, open to opportunities as a couple or separately – live-in or live-out.
