SOUS CHEFS needed for a Stunning Safari Lodges
Location: Greater Kruger, Limpopo
Candidate requirements:
- A formal qualification in Culinary Arts.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef.
- Must be a creative thinker able to develop vision and strategy.
- Must be assertive, patient and have good organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate and able to handle administration tasks.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Must have a proven track record of good leadership.
- Must be able to think on their feet and perform under pressure.
- Must be able to face challenges calmly, with an even temper. Must be emotionally stable.
- Must be able to collaborate with all departments.
- Must be able to show initiative for change and improvement.
- Must have driver’s license and own transport – non negotiable
Live in position. Uniform and meals included.
