Private Game Reserve is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: North West
Candidate requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 and an industry-specific qualification
- Wine Course/Hotel & Catering Certification an advantage
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Must have a background in lodge/reserve restaurants
- Must be guest orientated, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have an incredible eye for detail and a passion for food and service
- Must have strong leadership, management and delegation skills
- Must have an exceptional command of the English language (other languages advantage)
- Must be fully computer literate and excellent understanding of MS Office
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a clear understanding of operational aspects of all restaurant departments
- Must excel in stock control, costing and order procedures
- Must be able to work alongside other reserve departments
- Confident team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and emotional control
Salary R12kpm. Live in position. Meals, uniform, and medical contribution.
