Location: Limpopo & Kruger/Mpumalanga
Candidate requirements:
- Must have a strong Lodge/Guest House Specific background
- Must have 4-5 years experience in a 4 or 5 star lodge
- Must have Grade 12 and a diploma or similar in professional cookery
- Ability to create varied menus for bush dinners, Lapa braais, bush breakfasts, restaurant, etc.
- Will need to have good knowledge around dietary and religious requirements
- Have a thorough understanding of stock procedures, controls and weekly ordering
- Must have in-depth knowledge of hygiene practices
- Must be skilled communication and organisation
- Must be highly presentable and reference well
- Must be comfortable speaking to guests
- Valid driver’s license beneficial
Salary R20kpm neg DOE
Live-in position, uniform & meals.
