Self Catering Safari Lodge is looking for a Guide/Cook/Spa Therapist Couple & Singles
Location: Limpopo (Vaalwater)
NOTE: A couple and single of the above positions is needed. Successful candidates will be great all-rounders, capable of working across different lodge departments as needed.
Cook:
- Previous experience as a cook or a housekeeper in the safari lodge industry is highly beneficial
- Must be presentable and have great people skills
- Must be able to take instruction
- Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition
- Must be confident, positive and willing to learn and grow
- Must reference well
Guide:
- Grade 12 essential
- Must have Fgasa Level 1 (NQF2)
- Must have a minimum of 6 months working as a guide
- Possession of a valid driver’s license & PDP is essential
- First Aid Level 1 (advantage)
- Must be confident and well-spoken
- Must be able to work well with a team
- Must be able to hold a conversation
Spa Therapist:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a lodge environment
- Must be a fully qualified beauty/spa therapist
- Must be qualified in doing facial treatments, manicures/pedicures, body wraps and exfoliation treatments & massage
- Be able to confidently perform wellness treatments as requested by guests
- Must be able to communicate well in English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be very neat and maintain the highest standards of appearance & hygiene
- Confident and experienced in selling treatments and products
