Beverage Cost Controller – Limpopo

A Luxury Safari Lodge Group is looking for a BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER



Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience in Food & Beverage Control within a luxury 5-star lodge environment
  • Full responsibilty for the beverage, aspect adminstrative, ordering, receiveing and stock control
  • Experience in Purchasing, Stock Control Systems and Stocktakes
  • Must have sound Beverage knowledge
  • Must be fluent in English, read, speak and write
  • Must be fully computer literate
  • Must have an analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Must have sound administrative skills
  • Hospitality and Service training experience – a plus
  • FOH systems experience – PAN an advantage
  • Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Confident, Hands-on, pro-active approach, Team player
  • Must have a valid drivers licence


Salary market related, negotiable DOE and qualifications

Live -in position, meals on duty, pension/provident fund, staff lodge nights

Work cycle – 21 days – 7 days off, annual leave 15 days
