A Luxury Safari Lodge Group is looking for a BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER
Location: HOEDSPRUIT
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience in Food & Beverage Control within a luxury 5-star lodge environment
- Full responsibilty for the beverage, aspect adminstrative, ordering, receiveing and stock control
- Experience in Purchasing, Stock Control Systems and Stocktakes
- Must have sound Beverage knowledge
- Must be fluent in English, read, speak and write
- Must be fully computer literate
- Must have an analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
- Must have sound administrative skills
- Hospitality and Service training experience – a plus
- FOH systems experience – PAN an advantage
- Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Confident, Hands-on, pro-active approach, Team player
- Must have a valid drivers licence
Salary market related, negotiable DOE and qualifications
Live -in position, meals on duty, pension/provident fund, staff lodge nights
Work cycle – 21 days – 7 days off, annual leave 15 days
