Yes! We can assist with short term contracts and freelance staff so please contact us. Freelance/contract T&Cs are given and then candidates will be submitted.

Yes! Wild Dreams has a freelance database of staff and can add you to this and advise you if any temp work comes in.

Not at all, the service is totally free for candidates. Should you get a position through Wild Dreams then the employer may put a clause into your contract that if you leave within a set time frame you may be liable to pay back some of the recruitment fee that they paid Wild Dreams. This is a pretty standard clause in contracts and something that won’t affect you unless you stay at the company for a very short time period.

First check the ‘Job vacancies’ section, click on the icon related to your the department you are looking for work in. The current vacancies will be displayed and if there is a specific position you would like to apply for and you fit the criteria then click ‘apply for job’

You can do this as relevant CV’s will be kept on file. In this case please forward your CV to the following email address: cv@wilddreams.co.za Please note in order to be considered forward the following: CV in word format with a photo of you, minimum of 2 x written references, copies of any related certificates (If applying for a Chef role please submit a food portfolio as well) Include as much detailed information in your email such as areas you will work in, positions you will consider, salary expectations, availability dates etc

Wild Dreams recruitment mainly places within the Hospitality and Tourism industry however on occasion depending on your experience we may be able to still assist you so it is still worth sending your CV and supporting documents

Wild Dreams replies to emails within 7 working days, if you have not had a response by then you are welcome to try and re-send your CV but do make sure it has been 7 working days

Once Wild Dreams has submitted an application for you we will correspond directly with the client, as we have clients from all over South Africa and also neighboring countries all of our clients work differently, some may take longer than others to get back to us with feedback but you will be contacted to advise if your application has been shortlisted by the client the minute Wild Dreams is told. Then from us on how we proceed.

Once you have made contact via email, our T&Cs will be forwarded to you to be signed as well as an ’employer form’ this is a form for you to complete with all relevant specifications of the position. The more information you can give us the better, this enables us only to submit candidates that will be suitable to the position you need to fill. Wild Dreams will submit suitable candidates via email.
